Room for the whole family, and the whole tradition
A quinceañera is not a birthday party with a larger cake. There is a court of honor to walk in, formal dances that need real floor space, a program with its own order, and a guest list that usually runs to three generations. The room has to hold all of it at once.
The Ballroom seats up to 225 and has a full dance floor, and the gardens are a few steps away for photographs. Everything happens on one property, so no part of the evening involves getting back in a car.
The entrance and the dances
Flexible seating layouts mean the floor can be opened up for the entrance of the court, the vals, and the father-daughter dance, then set again for dinner. The dance floor is part of the Ballroom rather than something rented in.
Photographs in the gardens
Our gardens include a waterfall, seasonal flowers, and a covered patio, and that is where most families take their portraits before or during the reception. Nobody is driving between a photo location and the party.
A menu your family will recognize
Mexican cuisine is one of the three curated buffet menus included with the Venue & Catering Package, and our in-house kitchen also covers American, Italian, and Middle Eastern, plus passed hors d'oeuvres and desserts. Menus are built with you rather than chosen off a fixed list.
Music and the program
Wireless microphones are included for the toasts and the presentation, and a projector and screen are there for a photo montage. Your DJ or band sets up in the Ballroom alongside the dance floor.
The practical side
Six hours of event time comes with the booking, along with tables, Chiavari chairs, premium linens, china, glassware, and centerpieces, and our staff sets everything up and takes it down. There are more than 250 free parking spaces for a long guest list, and the facility is wheelchair accessible throughout, which matters when grandparents are travelling with you. All alcohol is served by our licensed bartenders under Colorado law, with hosted bar, cash bar, and drink ticket options. We are in Centennial, in the south Denver metro just off I-25, which keeps the drive manageable for a guest list spread right across the family.
