Somewhere that does not feel like a function room
A memorial gathering usually comes together on short notice, while the family is already managing a great deal else. What most people want is somewhere warm and private where guests can sit down, eat something, and talk, without a rigid schedule or a room that feels institutional.
We take the arrangements off your hands so your family is not making decisions on the day. Tell us roughly how many people to expect and what the afternoon should feel like, and we will take it from there.
A room that suits the day
The Aspen Room holds up to 100 and is wrapped in windows looking onto the gardens, which makes it a gentler setting than a closed hall. For a larger gathering, the Ballroom seats up to 225. The gardens and the covered patio give people somewhere to step outside for a few minutes.
Photographs and words
A projector, a screen, and wireless microphones are included, so a photo tribute can run quietly through the afternoon and anyone who wants to speak can be heard properly rather than passing a phone around the room.
Food, without the fuss
Our in-house kitchen can lay out a buffet, pass hors d'oeuvres, or set a brunch-style spread, depending on the time of day. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available on request. If your family would rather bring in a caterer you already know, the Venue Package allows exactly that.
Guests who need looking after
The facility is wheelchair accessible throughout, including the entrances, the event spaces, and our recently renovated restrooms. More than 250 free parking spaces sit directly on site, so older guests are not walking a distance or paying to park.
What is taken care of
Tables, chairs, linens, china, and glassware are provided, and our staff handles the full setup and breakdown. Six hours of event time is included, though gatherings of this kind often use rather less. Bar service is entirely optional; if you would like it, our licensed bartenders can run a hosted bar or a cash bar. We are in Centennial, a few minutes off I-25, and parking sits directly outside the door.
