We're at 6553 S Revere Parkway in Centennial, Colorado, just off I-25 and minutes from the Denver Tech Center. That puts us within easy reach of Greenwood Village, Lone Tree, Englewood, Highlands Ranch, Parker, and downtown Denver.

Our Ballroom seats up to 225 guests for a plated reception. Across the full facility, with the Aspen Room and Garden Room opened up, we can accommodate up to 385 guests. The outdoor gardens add more room for ceremonies and cocktail hours.

Our Venue Package runs $40 to $55 per person and includes the venue, tables, Chiavari chairs, linens, china, centerpieces, setup and breakdown, and six hours of event time. The Venue & Catering Package runs $70 to $95 per person and adds a buffet dinner from our curated menus. Final pricing depends on guest count, date, and season.

Yes. Our in-house team, That Personal Touch Catering, creates fully customizable menus spanning American, Italian, Mexican, and Middle Eastern cuisine, plus brunch, buffets, passed hors d'oeuvres, and desserts.

Yes, with our Venue Package. That option gives you full access to the venue and all of our rentals while you bring in the caterer of your choice.

Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available on request, and our culinary team can adapt most dishes. Please let us know about any severe allergies in advance so we can talk through preparation and cross-contact.

Yes. Our Venue & Catering Package includes a buffet-style dinner, and a plated dinner is available for an additional $15 per person.

We welcome many outside vendors including florists, photographers, planners, and entertainment. Please contact us to discuss our approved vendor guidelines.

We offer hosted bar, cash bar, drink ticket, and hosted tab options, all staffed by our professional, licensed bartenders.

No. All alcohol is served by our licensed bartenders under Colorado law, which keeps service safe and consistent for your guests. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Absolutely. Our team is happy to coordinate with your florist or decorator to bring your vision to life within our spaces.

Yes. Our landscaped gardens include a dedicated ceremony site with a gazebo and a cascading waterfall, plus a covered patio for cocktail hour.

Colorado weather can be unpredictable, so every outdoor ceremony booking includes a beautiful indoor backup space at no extra cost. We can make the call the day of your event.

Yes, and most of our couples do. You can say your vows in the gardens, move to the covered patio or Aspen Room for cocktails, then into the Ballroom for dinner and dancing, all without your guests getting in a car.

Six hours of event time is included. Vendor setup access, ceremony timing, and any additional hours are arranged in your contract, so let us know what your day looks like and we'll build the timeline with you.

Wireless microphones, a projector, and a screen are included, which covers toasts, slideshows, and business presentations without renting anything extra.

A deposit is required to reserve your date, with a flexible payment schedule leading up to your event. Our team will walk you through the full policy during your tour.

Yes. Our facility is wheelchair accessible throughout, including entrances, restrooms, and event spaces, and our restrooms have been recently renovated.
