Galas & Fundraisers
An Evening That Earns Its Ticket
A formal room, a program that runs to time, and a team that has done this before.
Galas & Fundraisers
Built around the program, not just the dinner
A fundraiser has a job to do. There is a check-in table at the door, a silent auction to lay out, sponsors to thank, a speaker or two, and a room that has to look worth what you charged for the ticket. Whether the night works usually comes down to whether all of that fits the time you have.
We plan the evening backwards from the program, so that dinner service and the speaking slots are not quietly competing for the same twenty minutes.
Seating, and the ticket math
The Ballroom seats up to 225, which is the number to plan your ticket sales against. Layouts are flexible, so rounds for a seated dinner and a clear sightline to the podium are not mutually exclusive.
Check-in, auction tables, and staging
The Garden Room sits adjacent to the main spaces and is normally used for buffet displays and catering staging. That also makes it the natural home for registration, silent auction tables, or a sponsor display, kept out of the flow of the dinner.
Running the program
Wireless microphones, a projector, and a screen are included. That covers a keynote, a donor video, or sponsor recognition on screen between segments, without an equipment rental appearing in your budget.
A dinner that suits a formal night
Buffet service is included with the Venue & Catering Package. Most organizations running a black-tie evening prefer a plated dinner instead, available for an additional $15 per person, which has the useful side effect of keeping guests seated and attentive while the program runs.
The practical side
Your booking includes six hours of event time, with setup and breakdown handled by our staff. All bar service runs through our licensed bartenders, so you can host the bar, run it as a cash bar, or sell drink tickets and fold the bar into your fundraising. More than 250 free parking spaces on site means no valet line in the budget, and the facility is wheelchair accessible throughout. The venue sits in Centennial just off I-25, so supporters coming in from across the metro are not facing a long drive at the end of a formal evening.
