Planning Your Layout
Which space fits your guest count
The four spaces can be booked together or on their own. Combined, the facility holds up to 385 guests.
The Ballroom
Up to 225 seated
Receptions, galas, corporate dinners, and holiday parties. Flexible seating layouts and a full dance floor.
The Aspen Room
Up to 100 guests
Ceremonies, cocktail hours, meetings, and smaller receptions. Floor-to-ceiling windows onto the gardens.
The Garden Room
Support space
Buffet displays, catering staging, and additional seating, adjacent to the main rooms.

Ceremony site
Outdoor vows by the waterfall, cocktail hours on the covered patio, and photographs throughout the grounds.
One venue, start to finish
Most of our couples hold the ceremony and the reception here, and their guests never get back in a car. Say your vows in the gardens, move to the covered patio or the Aspen Room for cocktails while we turn the room, then into the Ballroom for dinner and dancing. Six hours of event time is included, and vendor setup access and ceremony timing are written into your contract so the day has a real schedule behind it.
A plan for Colorado weather
Front Range weather does not always cooperate, so every outdoor ceremony booking includes a beautiful indoor backup space at no extra cost. Nobody has to decide weeks out or gamble on a forecast. We can make the call the day of your event, and the room will be ready either way.
Every space comes with wireless microphones, a projector and screen, complete setup and breakdown, and more than 250 free parking spaces. The facility is wheelchair accessible throughout, including entrances, event spaces, and our recently renovated restrooms.

We sit on 6553 S Revere Parkway in Centennial, just off I-25 and only a few minutes from the Denver Tech Center. Guests coming from across the metro area arrive easily, and with more than 250 free parking spaces on site, nobody circles the block or pays to park.
