Matching the room to the meeting
The right space depends less on headcount than on what the day actually has to do. Here is how companies tend to use ours.
Meetings, training, and workshops
The Aspen Room holds up to 100 and is wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows onto the gardens, so a full day indoors does not feel like one. The projector, screen, and wireless microphones are already in the room.
Awards dinners and company celebrations
The Ballroom seats up to 225 with flexible layouts and a full dance floor, so dinner, a presentation, and the rest of the night can happen without moving anyone to a second location.
Holiday parties and galas
The Ballroom for dinner, with the covered patio and gardens open for cocktails and photographs when the season allows. The Garden Room keeps buffet service and staging out of sight.
Networking and receptions
Standing receptions work well across the Aspen Room and the covered patio, with passed hors d'oeuvres and a staffed bar in place of a seated meal.
Built for a budget you have to defend
Much of what other venues quote as an add-on is already here. Audiovisual equipment comes with the room instead of being rented in, parking is free for more than 250 cars so nobody is expensing a garage, and our staff handles setup and breakdown, so your team is not stacking chairs at the end of the night. Bar spend stays under your control: run a hosted tab up to a set limit, hand out drink tickets, or let guests buy their own. Dietary requirements across a large team are worked out with our kitchen in advance rather than improvised on the day.

We sit on 6553 S Revere Parkway in Centennial, just off I-25 and only a few minutes from the Denver Tech Center. Guests coming from across the metro area arrive easily, and with more than 250 free parking spaces on site, nobody circles the block or pays to park.
