Holiday Parties
The Season, Properly Celebrated
A warm room, a full menu, and a team that runs the evening so you can enjoy it.
Holiday Parties
A holiday party that does not run itself
A holiday party has more moving parts than most events its size. There is a meal, usually a program, a bar to manage, and a room that has to feel like an occasion the moment people walk through the door. We host company parties and family gatherings right through the season, and the format bends to suit either one.
Because the linens, the tableware, and the audiovisual equipment all come with the room, the planning ends up being about the evening you actually want rather than the list of vendors you have to chase down.
A room that feels like the season
The Ballroom seats up to 225 and has a full dance floor. For a smaller team, the Aspen Room holds up to 100. Centerpieces, premium velvet linens and napkins, china, and glassware are all included, so the tables are dressed before anyone arrives.
Dinner, served how you like
Our in-house kitchen builds the menu with you. Buffet service comes with the Venue & Catering Package, and a plated dinner is available for an additional $15 per person. For a party where people are meant to move around and talk, passed hors d'oeuvres work better than a seated meal.
A bar you can budget for
Our licensed bartenders can run a hosted bar, a cash bar, drink tickets, or a hosted tab with a set limit. That last option is the usual choice when a company wants to cover the early part of the night without leaving the tab open until closing.
Awards, speeches, and slideshows
Wireless microphones, a projector, and a screen are included. A year in review, an awards segment, or a photo montage does not mean hiring an AV vendor or adding an equipment rental to the budget.
The practical side
Six hours of event time is included, and our staff handles setup and breakdown, so nobody from your team is folding tables at midnight. More than 250 free parking spaces sit directly on site, which counts for a lot on a December evening. The facility is wheelchair accessible throughout, and vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available on request. We are on Revere Parkway in Centennial, just off I-25 and about five minutes from the Denver Tech Center, which keeps the trip short for a company guest list.
Still working out the size of the room or the shape of the menu?
